Kitchen and Break Rooms
Kitchens and break rooms also need special attention and disinfection. We focus here on sinks, counters, tables and any appliances which need to be cleaned regularly.
All dishes in the break room should be washed immediately after a meal. Also, ask employees to pack dried dishes away regularly or on a specific day of the week so that the dish rack doesn’t become overcrowded.
If food is messed in the microwave, it should be cleaned immediately. Waiting will only make the problem worse because the food will dry and harden.
