Clinical Waste Disposal
As per the guidelines provided by the Victorian Department of Health, after a COVID-19 deep clean, all waste will be placed in yellow biohazard bags and disposed of in the clinical waste stream. After the COVID contaminated cleaning process, our crew ensures that no clinical waste is left behind.
Method of applying cleaning chemicals and detergents
Brilliant Office Cleaning uses spray bottles to apply detergents and disinfectants to surfaces. In this era of COVID-19, the use of spray bottles ranks as the best method of applying detergents and disinfectants.
Electrostatic spraying and disinfection
By embracing electrostatic spraying, you can rest assured that the electrostatically charged disinfectant droplets will easily adhere to the surfaces, and thus promote a much more effective sanitising process. Therefore, Brilliant Office Cleaning uses electrostatic sprayers to perform COVID-19 deep cleaning.
One method of applying high pressure disinfectant is fogging; dry fogging entails droplets of less than 10 microns, while cold/wet/misting/ultra-low volume fogging involves droplets from 20 to 100 microns. Please note, the Victorian Department of Health does not recommend the use of fogging disinfection for COVID-19 deep cleaning. And for this reason, we do not employ fogging in our COVID-19 deep cleaning process.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has approved certain products for use against COVID. You can review these products on the TGA website. Brilliant Office Cleaning personnel pride themselves on using only TGA approved disinfectants.
